How to Request Account Deletion

You can delete your Varto account directly from the app:

  1. Open the Varto app on your device
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon in the top right)
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm your request in the dialog

You can also request deletion by emailing us at support@varto.business from the email address associated with your account.

30-Day Grace Period

After you request deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time your account is deactivated but not yet deleted. You can cancel the deletion at any time by simply signing back in.

After the 30-day period, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Data That Is Deleted

When your account is permanently deleted, the following data is removed:

  • Your business profile and settings
  • Client records and contact information
  • Invoices, estimates, and payment records
  • Bookings and calendar data
  • Expenses and receipts
  • Messages and communication history
  • Uploaded files, logos, and images

Data That May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period after deletion as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Transaction records — payment transaction logs may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and financial compliance
  • Anonymized analytics — aggregated, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for product improvement
  • Legal obligations — any data required to comply with legal proceedings, regulatory requirements, or fraud prevention
