Syncing with your calendar

Keep your Varto appointments in sync with your personal calendar to avoid double-bookings and stay organized.

Mobile Calendar Sync


On the mobile app, enable calendar sync in Settings > Calendar Sync. This creates a dedicated Varto calendar on your device that automatically updates with your appointments.

How It Works


1. Enable Calendar Sync in settings

2. Grant calendar permissions when prompted

3. A new "Varto" calendar will be created

4. All your appointments will appear automatically

Two-Way Sync


Currently, Varto syncs your bookings to your device calendar. Events created outside of Varto won't block your availability (coming soon).

Troubleshooting


If sync isn't working:

  • Check that calendar permissions are granted
  • Try toggling sync off and on
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
